Shipping & Delivery

Shipping Cost
At Luxury Egyptian Cotton we keep our shipping costs simple. All orders over $75 ship FREE everyday. All orders under $75 ship for a flat rate of $7.95 each. These shipping rates are for the lower 48 US states only.

Order Processing Times
Most of our orders are processed and ready for shipping in 1 business day. All other orders may take 3-5 business days for processing. For your convenience, processing times are indicated on each products detail page. For example, "ships next business day", will be included on each of our products detail page where you would select your size and color.

Transit Times
Transit times will vary depending on the day and time you submit your order. On average, if you submit your order before noon pacific time, monday through friday, your order will be shipped out the next business day. If your Order is submitted after 12am pst on friday, saturday or sunday your order will ship out on the following monday.

Shipping Map
For your reference, we have included a UPS shipping map to help you estimate the amount of shipping days it will take for your order to arrive at your location. These will be estimates only, taking into account the day and time you submit your order.

Returns & Replacements

You can return an item within 30 days. Your items must reach us within 30 days from our shipment date. Items returned after 30 days will not be accepted. Every item returned to us should be in their original condition including their original packing. We will not accept the return if the items are not in their original condition. Unfolded sheets cannot be accepted for return unless they arrived defective.

You may return an item by sending an email to: support@luxuryegyptiancotton.com. Please wait for an email from us before shipping your item back to us. All costs related to return shipping must be paid by customer unless a prior agreement was arranged with us.

Wrap the package securely, and ship the package to the address provided in the return email. Please indicate the reason for return on the packing slip, and include the packing slip with the item you are returning

You will receive an email from us stating the status of your refund as soon as we have inspected and processed the returned item. Once approved, credits will be issued in 1 or 2 days.

Payments

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discovery cards and Paypal for payment. All transactions are conducted on our secure servers with 256 bit encryption. We do not store credit card information of any kind.
